    • She was left an annuity of £100 while she remained single, living with her mother and her mother had not remarried. If she were to live apart from her mother or marry (while her mother remained a widow), she was to receive an annuity of £300 instead. After the remarriage of her mother or her death, Mary would receive all her father's land and property. In the event of her dying without leaving a will or descendants, the land and property was left to John Austen, third son of Francis Motley Austen.
