      My wife shall have her dwelling in my house where I now dwell until my sons arrive at the age of discretion, namely, at age 22. When my sons are 22, my lands and tenements shall be distributed to them.
      To my wife, 40s during her life (possibly "40s/yr" intended but the Will does not say so).
      I will that the 3 pieces of land lying next to the mill called Redfford Mille belonging to Master Rich. MUGE, vicar, be sold. The money from one of the 3 pieces shall be spent on my funeral, month's mind, and year's mind (as above written). The money from the other 2 pieces of land: 10 marks to each of my daus. when 20 or married. If the child my wife is pregnant with is a dau., then she shall also have 10 marks. If it proves to be a son, he shall share with his brothers in my lands and tenements.
      Should all my children die without lawful issue and before coming into their inheritance, then my lands and tenements shall be sold and the money distributed at the discretion of my execs. for the good of my soul, the souls of my children, and the souls of my parents.
