- For his mortuary what is right; to the high altar 20d.; to the sepulchre light 20d.; to the bells 20d.; to the torches 20d.
- To s. Walter 5 acres land lying together at Salys bushes; to s. Thos. Carter 4 acres land lying together on Holme; to s. Jn. one acre of land, of which one half acre lies on Hyllysfeld flg. and the other on Huntes Holte; to s. Rich. 2 acres land of which one half acre lies on Inninge, one half acre on Medeforlonge, one acre lies at Over Rushen, and one rood [sic] lies on Lytlynge. If any son die without heirs, then his land to be divided between the survivors: if all die, then the lands be sold and disposed of for the souls of all his friends. To w. Alice Carter the tenement in the Est Ende which is held by copy of court roll from Sir Giles Daubeney, chamberlain of the lord king. Residue to wife to dispose of for soul.
