    Marriage Settlement:
    Narcissus Proby settled his estates in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin on his wife, should she survive him. In return, the couple were to receive the interest and dividends on £2,116 in 3 per cent reduced bank annuities in the name of the Revd Thomas Dawson (presumably the bride's uncle or grandfather on her mother, Catherine Dawson's side), with the principal passing to their children on their decease. Narcissus subsequently, with his wife and Trustee's agreement, sold £1,037 10s of the annuities to pay off a mortgage incurred by his father on property in Ireland which descended to him.

    Monumental Inscription:
    Tobias is commemorated on a Weller family tombstone at Rolvenden which records his death in 1689.

    Will:
    He stated his intentions, by means of a nuncupative will, for the disposal of his estate on about 5 January 1689/90. He bequeathed £300 to his two surviving children, John and Anne, when they came of age. He also left a seal ring to Mr William Carder of Sandwich, and 20 shillings to each of the three children of his sister, Jane Batchelor. The remainder of his estate was left to his wife, Mary. His statement was witnessed by Mrs Elizabeth Bowler, wife of Mr Valentine Bowler of Deal, Mrs. Joanna Culmer of Deal spinster and Elizabeth Stonnare of Deal, spinster.
